We currently offer music therapy for adult and elderly populations facing challenges related to aging and injury. This can include physical and mental deterioration due to age or physical injury. Social and emotional changes are of equal concern in these cases, and a holistic approach is needed for the best outcomes.
Some therapeutic goals are best served in groups, while others are best served in individual sessions. You will find samples of the kinds of goals music therapy can address, below.

Group Music Therapy Goals
Individual sessions provide a more personalized approach to therapeutic goals. Some people are unable to attend group sessions due to physical or psychological challenges. In addition, some needs are best served by individual sessions.
